Organization owners and managers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, including:
ECS reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove inaccurate, misleading, duplicate, or rule-violating submissions.
Users retain ownership of the original content they submit to ECS Network, including organization logos, team logos, player profiles, images, banners, and written content.
By submitting content, you grant ECS Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, reproduce, and use such content solely for operating, promoting, and improving ECS services and competitions.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all uploaded content.
Unless otherwise stated, ECS Network, the ECS name, logos, branding, website, software, graphics, designs, rankings, competition systems, and original content are the intellectual property of ECS Network.
Game titles, publisher assets, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. ECS Network operates as an independent esports platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.
We continuously work to maintain a reliable and secure platform. However, ECS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous uptime, or that the platform will always operate without errors, delays, or maintenance interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to improve platform performance or security.
ECS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:
