Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information ECS Network™ collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Account details you provide: name, email, phone number, country, and (if you link them) Google or Discord identities.
  • Profile content: in-game names, professional names, bios, and images you upload (avatars, logos, banners).
  • Activity on the platform: organizations, teams, rosters, messages, and competition data.

How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the platform — create your account, run leagues and scrims, display public profiles and rankings, enable messaging, and notify you about activity that concerns you.

Public vs Private

Some information is public by design (e.g. in-game names, team and organization profiles, rosters, standings). Sensitive details such as your email and phone number are not shown publicly.

Storage & Processing

Data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage; Vercel for hosting). Sign-in may be handled by Google or Discord when you choose those options.

Messaging

Messages you send through ECS (support, partnership, or player-market negotiations) are visible to the intended recipients and to ECS administrators where relevant.

Your Choices

You can edit or remove much of your profile information at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site.

Changes

We may update this Policy as the platform evolves. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page.
